Experience the ultimate culinary art form this First Thursday at The Basque Market! Art isn't just on the gallery walls—it’s alive and simmering on our patio. The performance begins at 5:00 PM as we build our world-famous paella right before your eyes, layering the vibrant colors of saffron and fresh ingredients into a giant canvas of flavor.

Come early to watch the culinary masterpiece take shape and enjoy our artfully crafted, beautiful pintxos. At 6:00 PM sharp, the paella is served!

Pro-Tip: Our paella sells out fast. Call ahead to reserve your portions so you don't miss out! Please note that reserving food does not guarantee a table in our cozy space, but it is perfect to take to go!
