We will demonstrate the traditional techniques for making delicious chicken, chorizo, and seafood paella, the national dish of Spain. Be sure to arrive a half hour early (5:30 pm) to enjoy some wine, settle in, and get ready to watch the magic happen. Classes start at 6:00 pm! Watch, learn, and taste as we share our expert tips and techniques for creating the perfect paella.
Classes include pintxos, a wine tasting, and of course, a hefty serving of paella as the grand finale.
Tickets are $60 per person, non-refundable.
