The Basque Market offers two cooking classes/wine tastings each month. We will also add private classes for groups of 12 or more, which turn out to be great fun for larger groups. We taste three wines from the Iberian Peninsula. You'll not only learn some great recipes, but also a fair amount about the wines of this region.
