Chorizo, Chorizo, Chorizo!
It’s that time of year…time for sipping sangria, hanging out on the patio and of course, grilling chorizos. If you are local, stop in and check out our three great semi-cured chorizos-perfect for grilling. Not from the area? Call soon for shipping before the weather gets too warm.
Gem Pack’s Basque Brand Chorizo is a local favorite gracing our buns at Basque Festivals, the Fair and downtown street corners for decades.
Feeling adventuresome? Try Dona Juana’s Chorizo Bilbao or Riojano. The Bilbao has recently become a paella staple- made from hormone-free pork with plenty of garlic, a touch of paprika and naturally air dried. The Riojano is a firmer chorizo made with chopped pork loin, paprika and garlic that is also naturally air-dried.
